Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

We will, however, gladly replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We’ll review your request and process a solution as quickly as possible.
